Shipping & Returns Policy
We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders of over $50.00 to all US destinations.
All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will ship the following business day to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible. This allows us time to process your order, and hand pack to your specifications.
We ship via UPS. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of your coffee. Once it is in transit with the shipper, it is out of our control. We can, however, help you track your package to assist with your eta.
Not Satisfied with your Order?
With both coffee and non-coffee items we want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Order number
- The item or items you are unsatisfied with
- And a detailed explanation for the reason you are unsatisfied.
We will reply with a solution as soon as we can. We want you to be a happy customer!
Returning Damaged Merchandise
If your merchandise was damaged in transit or is defective, please call our Customer Service Department to speak to a representative to arrange for a replacement at 1-800-675-0627. Customer Service hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 A.M. – 4:15 P.M.
We do not accept returns on coffee orders due to FDA compliance standards. We cannot reship coffee after it ships if the incorrect shipping address was entered at the time of order, so please order carefully.
